What Card Show Hub is

Card Show Hub is a free directory of in-person sports card and trading-card events across the United States. It covers small community shows in church halls and VFW posts, multi-day conventions with hundreds of dealers, and everything in between. Each listing includes the date, venue, table count, admission, and how to contact the organizer — everything a collector needs to plan a visit, and everything a promoter needs to be found by the people who'll show up.

How it works

Card Show Hub aggregates event data from promoter submissions and public event listings, with daily updates and human review of submissions before publishing. New events are checked for duplicate listings and basic detail completeness before going live, so the directory stays clean even as it grows. Past events are removed from the index automatically once the show date passes, which keeps search results focused on shows you can still attend.

State and city pages — like /card-shows/texas or /card-shows/florida/apopka — pull from the same event database in real time, so the upcoming-show count on any page matches the count across the site. Counts and listings update as new events are submitted and approved. The XML sitemap is regenerated on every deploy.

Who it's for

Collectors use Card Show Hub to find shows in their area, plan multi-day road trips, and see what's coming up this weekend. Browse by state, by city, by date, or via the calendar view — and jump to the next show in a market you're already heading to.

Promoters list their events for free to reach collectors searching by city and date. Featured placement is available for promoters who want extra visibility, and a free promoter account adds edit access to listings plus basic analytics on event views.

Vendors track which shows have open table inventory and connect with promoters running the venues they want to set up at. A vendor account enables show-attendance announcements that surface on event pages, so collectors know which vendors will be at a show before they go.
