We build your show
a real website.
Then we hand you the keys. You get a site designed around your shows on your own domain — and when it's finished it belongs to you, to run and update yourself.
- Your own domain
- You own the site
- Yours to edit
- No lock-in
The problem
Most promoters have no site, or one nobody can log into
That's usually fine right up until it isn't — a venue asks for a link, a dealer wants to see the room before committing to a table, or a collector searching your show's name finds a dead page from 2019.
We build the site you'd want in that moment, and then get out of your way. This is design and build work with a handover at the end, not a subscription.
Look professional to venues, vendors and attendees
A venue deciding whether to rent you the hall, a dealer weighing up a table, and a collector deciding whether to drive an hour all look you up first. A proper website answers them before they have to ask — instead of a Facebook event being the only thing they can find.
A site that's actually yours
It's registered on your own domain, in your name, and the whole thing belongs to you when we're done. No platform you're renting, no account you can lose access to, and nothing that stops working if you and we never speak again.
Built by people who know card shows
We run the directory your shows are listed in, so we already know what a promoter's site has to get across: dates, hall, table pricing, admission, parking, and what makes your show worth the drive. You won't be explaining the hobby to a web designer.
Works on a phone, easy to update yourself
Most people check show details on a phone the night before, so every page is laid out for that screen first. And it's built so you can change your own dates and details afterwards without writing code or paying anyone.
How it works
Three steps, then it's yours
No long engagement and nothing to cancel later. We build it, you take it.
You get in touch
Fill in the form below with your promotion's name and anything you already have — a current site, a Facebook page, a flyer. We come back with what we'd build, what it costs, and how long it takes.
We design and build it with you
We lay the site out around your shows and send you a working preview link. You tell us what to change — wording, photos, colours, what goes where — and we change it before anything goes public.
We hand over the keys
The finished site goes live on your domain and everything transfers to you: the domain, the logins, the files. We walk you through updating your dates and details so you can run it yourself from day one.
What "hand over the keys" means
The domain is registered in your name and the site's files and logins are transferred to you. You decide where it's hosted, and you can move it, change it, or hire anyone you like to work on it later — nothing is locked to us.
We don't hold the keys afterwards, and we don't quietly bill you every month for holding them. If you'd rather we help with something down the line, that's a new conversation you start, not a plan you're already on.
Separately and for free: keep listing your shows in the directory and claim them with a promoter account, so collectors searching Card Show Hub still find your dates. Want to try building something yourself first? The self-serve microsite builder is free.

Here's one we built
Copper State Card Shows is a fictional promoter we invented to show the kind of site we build — home page, full schedule, about, vendor rates, and contact. Click through it like a collector would.
Arizona's monthly
card shows.
Three shows a month in Phoenix, Mesa and Tucson. Fifty to ninety dealers at each one.

Ask about a website
Tell us about your promotion and we'll reply with what we'd build, pricing, and a timeline. No obligation, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Rather just email? Reach us at cardshowhub@gmail.com with "website" in the subject. For anything unrelated to this, use the contact form.
